Golite is a good company that stands behind the products they manufacture and sell. With the 2002 product year, Golite expanded product offerings to include ultralight and lightweight gear items. This should make it easier for perspective ultralight hikers to move from heavy loads to an ultralight setup.

June 2003 - Golite is going strong with many new product offerings. The clothing line has expanded considerably. Many enclosed shelters are now offered to accommodate folks who simply don't feel comfortable with a tarp.

Golite is owned by two great people, Kim and Coup Coupounas.
